The 24-year-old singer-actress headed into the recording studio Saturday with music producer Matt Squire. “ooooooo excitement ensuing… now!” she tweeted. “Recording all day.”

But will the Duffster—currently seven months pregnant—head back to work immediately after she and hubby Mike Comrie welcome their little one?

Nope, she’s going to enjoy some mommy time first!

„“I think that after I have the baby I’ll want to sit still for a few months and learn how to be a really good mom,” she told E! News. “And then there’s no reason why I can’t put a record out and tour… It might take a little while, but I’m really excited about it.”

Whatever she decides, it looks like Comrie’s got her back. The dad-to-be held hands with Duff Sunday in L.A., and at one point, affectionately put a hand on her belly.
